Virgil R.

Virgil R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Virgil has worked as a CFO at Twin City Foods since December 2008, overseeing accounting, treasury, IT, and administrative functions. Prior to that, they worked as a Cost Accountant at the same company, where they played a key role in implementing cost accounting in the ERP system.

Before joining Twin City Foods, Virgil was a Loan Officer at Hometown Lending for a brief period in 2008. Virgil also held various roles at Washington Mutual, Inc. from 2004 to 2008, including VP - Credit Supply Chain Management and Sourcing Manager. Virgil led the Credit Supply Chain Management team and managed vendors in the credit information category, while also identifying cost-saving opportunities for the strategic sourcing group.

Virgil's earlier experience includes working as a Procurement Cost Analyst at The Boeing Company from 2001 to 2004, where they negotiated contracts with large systems suppliers. Virgil also served as a Technology Operations Manager at Alpine Communications and as a High School Math Teacher at Pomona Unified School District.

Virgil R. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Spanish at the University of Puget Sound from 1994 to 1998. In 2002, they earned a Certificate in Web Development from the University of Washington.
