Mallory Gardiner is an experienced professional with a strong background in equity, inclusion, and education. Currently serving as a Project Intern at the Dubuque Human Rights Department since January 2019, Mallory focuses on designing equity and inclusion programs for college students and facilitating their engagement with community groups in Dubuque, IA. In addition, Mallory has been working as a Substitute Teacher at Twin Lakes School Corporation since December 2019, providing co-teaching support for students with learning disabilities.
