Austin Holder

Austin Holder joined their OST team as an intern in March 2022 and became full time as a network engineer in June 2022. He is one of the first friendly voices clients hear when they call for support. He monitors customer systems and handles quoting and ordering of equipment. He is a 2016 graduate of Carl Sandburg College and a 2022 graduate of St. Ambrose University, with a degree in Computer Network Administration. He has experience in building workstations and troubleshooting Windows and macOS. He has some web development and basic programming language knowledge. His main experience in the workspace is with networking. Austin is certified in Apple and Samsung and works for a local tech business.
