Greg Anderson

Vice President, Sport Science, Performance And Research at Twist Performance & Wellness

Greg Anderson, PhD has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Greg is currently working as the Dean of the Faculty of Science at Thompson Rivers University since July 2020. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Sport Science, Performance, and Research at Twist Sport Conditioning since January 2004. Greg also served as the Dean of the Office of Applied Research & Graduate Studies at the Justice Institute of British Columbia from August 2011 to March 2020. From April 2016 to December 2019, they worked as an Associate Director at the Canadian Institute for Public Safety Research and Treatment. Greg was the President of Research Education and Corporate Health (REACH) from May 2009 to September 2012. Additionally, they held roles as a Professor/Chair of Kinesiology and Physical Education at the University of the Fraser Valley from August 1993 to August 2011, as well as the Manager of the Heritage Park Centre (Mission Campus) from May 1997 to April 2005. Finally, they worked as a Physiologist in the Performance Enhancement Team at the Canadian Soccer Association from December 2006 to January 2009.

Greg Anderson, PhD has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Physiology from Simon Fraser University. Greg also holds a Certificate in Research Administration (Honors) from Mowhawk College, which they completed between 2017 and 2018. Greg's education also includes a Master of Physical Education in Exercise Physiology from The University of British Columbia, as well as a Bachelor of Physical Education in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same institution.
