Anna Machová

Anna Machová's work experience includes a role as a Senior HR Specialist at Twisto, A Zip Company, starting in 2022. In this position, they are responsible for leading and delivering HR projects, serving as the SPOC in HR for integration within the group, supporting digitalization, and leading related projects. Anna also takes charge of the L&D strategy, delivery, and measurements.

Prior to this, Anna held various roles at Provident Financial s.r.o. (IPF) from 2011 to 2021. Anna started as a Customer Care Representative in May 2011 and worked until June 2014. Then, they became an HR Assistant from November 2013 to October 2015. Afterwards, they served as an HR Specialist from October 2015 to January 2021 and later as a Senior Engagement Specialist from January 2021 to December 2021.

Additionally, Anna worked as an Interpreter at Saller from March 2013 to June 2013 and as a Waitress at Design Hotel Jewel **** from June 2012 to December 2012.

Anna Machová attended Gymnázium Pelhřimov from 2006 to 2010 where they pursued a Všeobecné gymnázium. Subsequently, they enrolled at Prague University of Economics and Business from 2010 to 2013 and earned a Bakalář (Bc.) degree in Tourism and Regional Development. Anna continued their education at the same university from 2013 to 2016 and received an Inženýr (Ing.) degree in Human Resources Management and Tourism and Regional Development.
