Aleksandra Peters

Aleksandra Peters currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Two Chairs since September 2025, following a similar role at Brightline from September 2021 to September 2025, where also held the position of Head of People. Prior experience includes serving as Head of People and Head of Program Management at Airtable from 2019 to 2021. Aleksandra’s earlier career at Bain & Company spanned nearly a decade, during which time held the roles of Associate Partner and Summer Associate. Additional experience includes work as an Actuarial Associate at Mercer and an Actuarial Intern at Hartford Life. Aleksandra holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on applied actuarial mathematics from Bryant University.
