Onesimo Mendoza

Onesimo Mendoza currently serves as the Client Implementation Lead at Echo Global Logistics since January 2024. In addition, Onesimo has been a Brand Ambassador for Two Dots Productions since October 2013, effectively marketing products, music, and beverages at various large venues. Previous experience includes roles as a Freight Operations Coordinator at Uber Freight from August 2018 to February 2023, a Getaways Resolution Specialist at Groupon from November 2016 to August 2018, and a Customer Service Representative, all contributing to a strong customer service and operational background. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Department in Accessories at AKIRA Chicago from October 2013 to May 2016, overseeing inventory management processes. Onesimo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in digital video from the Art Institute of Chicago, with additional education from Morton College.
