Emy Husmoe

Emy Husmoe is the Head of Partner Success at Two Front. Emy was previously the Head of Business System Administration at Keap from July 2021 to April 2022, the Director of Data Operations at ConsejoSano from October 2020 to July 2021, and the Director of Operations, Growth & Customer Success at Papaya from May 2018 to October 2020.

At Papaya, Husmoe spearheaded optimization of customer success structure, processes and performance measurements to support aggressive sales growth strategy; scaling operations and customer success organization as volume of clients grew over 10x in two years with 56 NPS. Emy collaborated with Product and Engineering stakeholders to influence strategic roadmap decisions, define product requirements, and to test and monitor new products prior to launch. Emy also coordinated with analytics team to define company success metrics and targets and implement Looker (Business Intelligence Tool) across the organization. In addition, Husmoe grew and optimized Salesforce instance through several strategy changes to support a variety of commission structures and accurate Executive reporting.

Husmoe led execution and success efforts for a self-service partner program, doubling Papaya's partnership footprint in under a year. Emy also planned, executed, and managed multi-month implementations of API partnerships, enabling Papaya’s biggest growth opportunity in the history of the company. Furthermore, Husmoe defined, tracked, and measured KPIs, project milestones, and escalations to ensure all goals were met and exceeded. Lastly, they co-founded and served on the company's first Diversity & Inclusion committee, prioritizing initiatives to create more inclusive hiring and employee success policies at Papaya.

Emy Husmoe holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Emy also has a certification from Gainsight as a Certified Customer Success Manager and a certification from Google as a Google Analytics Individual Qualification Certification.

Emy Husmoe reports to Ingrid Murra, Founder & CEO. Emy Husmoe works with Mike Margolis - Chief of Staff, Adi Iyengar - Director of Engineering, and Kate Choi - Head of Partnerships.
