Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Two Rivers Housing and Centigen Facilities Management Limited, Charlotte previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Bidvest Noonan and served as SVP General Manager for Western Europe at Iron Mountain. With a track record of achieving revenue growth, enhancing operational efficiencies, and improving staff engagement across various roles, Charlotte has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen throughout a diverse career that includes notable positions at Rentokil Initial, Sodexo, and Patientline UK Ltd, among others.
