Katie Marecek

Katie Marecek, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in people services and education. Currently serving as People Services Manager and formerly as People Services Coordinator at Two Roads Hospitality since March 2015, Katie has developed organizational expertise in human resources. Prior to this role, Katie worked at Deltak as a Student Services Coordinator, supporting the transition of traditional university programs to online platforms. Earlier experience includes serving as an Instructional Assistant at Hawthorn Middle School North, designing and modifying lessons for various grade levels and needs, and engaging in student teaching. Additional roles include camp counselor at Jay's Camp, College Program Campus Representative and intern at Walt Disney World, where Katie honed leadership and service skills. Katie holds a B.S. and a Bachelor of Education in Middle Level Education from Illinois State University.
