Sierra Rinaldi

Sierra Rinaldi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Two Sigma since November 2021, Sierra previously held positions at Morgan Stanley, including Human Resources Associate and Analyst, where involvement in employee relations and benefits strategy was highlighted.
