Data Scientist at TWO

Dongyun Kim has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In that year, they were an Assistant Instructor at the Architectural Association for the AA Visiting School Seoul. In 2019, they worked as an Architectural Intern at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) and as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2020, they were an Instructor for Social Algorithms 7.0 and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2021, they were an Instructor for DigitalFUTURES World, an Instructor at the Korean Institute of Computation, Design and Technology, a Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Instructor at Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and an Instructor at the Architectural Association for the AA Visiting School Seoul. Finally, in 2022, they are a Data Scientist at TWO.

Dongyun Kim has a Bachelor of Architecture from Hongik University (2009-2017). In 2018, they obtained a Master of Science in Design (Advanced Architectural Design) from the University of Pennsylvania. Dongyun is currently pursuing two degrees from Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master in Design Studies with a concentration in Technology and Cross-registration, respectively. In addition, they have obtained certifications from various institutions such as the Association for Computer Aided Design in Architecture, DesignMorphine, Stanford University, DigitalFUTURES World, National Institute for International Education (NIIED), Ladybug Tools, Architectural Association, Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture, and Freeform Architecture Design Workshop.
