Cait Finn has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they became the Vice President of Two17 Marketing, a company offering branding, traditional & digital marketing services. Cait also founded Averleigh Acres, creating repurposed goods, rustic decor, & refurbished furniture. Cait has been the Owner of Cait Finn- Coaching & Creative Services since 2013, providing a wide range of coaching & creative services for small businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and startups. From 2013-2018, they were an Instructor/National Coach and Assistant Instructor at USA Weightlifting. In 2016, they were the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Rosemont College and an Intern Strength & Conditioning at Villanova University. In 2016, they were an Intern - Strength & Conditioning at the University of Notre Dame.

Cait Finn has a diverse educational background. Cait obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Nazareth College between 2003 and 2007. Cait then went on to pursue a Master of Social Work - MSW at Adelphi University from 2010 to 2011. In 2014, Cait Finn completed a Master's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science- Human Performance at Ithaca College. Additionally, Cait Finn has obtained certifications in Advanced Olympic Lifting and Basic Olympic Lifting from Totten Training Systems, CSCS from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and National Coach from USA Weightlifting.
