Kati Routti

Kati Routti has extensive work experience in the design industry. Kati currently holds the position of Service Designer & UX Designer at twoday Finland, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Solidabis Oy as a Service Designer & UX Designer from November 2017 to January 2023. Before that, they were a Graphic Designer at Intomilli from March 2015 to November 2017. From November 2010 to November 2014, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Sanoma Media Finland, where they played a role in the Digital service development unit. Kati began their career as a Graphic designer (Web) at Antlion partnership from September 2006 to November 2010. Kati also has experience as a Graphic Designer at Talentum Media Oy from November 1998 to August 2006, where they worked at Talentum Digital Media, Talentum eBusiness, and WOW-verkkobrändit Oy.

Kati Routti has a diverse education history. Kati completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design at Coventry University from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1994, they attended Borgå Hantverks- och Konstindustriskola, where they earned a degree in Artesan i grafiska branschen, specializing in Grafisk formgivning.

In more recent years, Kati pursued further education, earning a Master of Arts (MA) in Culture and Arts with a focus on Leadership and Service Design from Novia University of Applied Sciences between 2016 and 2018. Kati also took open university studies in 2022 at the University of Turku, focusing on Futures studies as part of the Tulevaisuudentutkimuksen opintokokonaisuus.

Additionally, Kati has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed the Coursera courses "Design Principles: an Introduction" and "Input and Interaction." Kati also holds a certification in Graphic Design BA (Hons) from Coventry University, although specific details about its completion are not provided.
