Alan Gardner

Alan Gardner has worked in the software engineering industry since 2000. Alan began their career at Aker Solutions as a Software Developer and Planning Engineer. In 2010, they worked as a Senior Software Developer for ASMALLWORLD and as a Developer for Planet Urf. Alan then worked as a Software Consultant for Armòin Limited in 2014, and as a Technologist in Residence for Code for Europe the same year. In 2015, they joined Cultivate Software Ltd as a Principal and Senior Software Developer. In 2019, they were a Staff Engineer for Deliveroo, and in 2020 they were a Lead Software Engineer / Engineering Manager and Technical Lead for TXI, as well as a Director for narrativium.io.

Alan Gardner attended Robert Gordon University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a BSc Hons in Computer Science. In December 2015, they completed the Design 101 Course at Designlab (trydesignlab.com).
