Michael Charles

Michael Charles has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Michael started as a Tier 2 Help Desk Analyst at Andrew Wommack Ministries, Inc. in 2017. Michael then moved on to work as an I.T. Network Operations Center Analyst and later as an I.T. Senior Help Desk Agent at Copart from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they joined Ricoh USA, Inc. as a Field Service Technician and also worked as an IT Technician at the City of Reno. Currently, they are working as a Technical Recruiter at TxMQ since April 2022.

Michael Charles completed their education from 2009 to 2011 at Lane Community College, where they obtained an associate's degree in Computer Science - Network Administration. Their field of study focused on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Additionally, Michael has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Learning LinkedIn Recruiter," "Recruiting Foundations," "Slack Essential Training," "Talent Sourcing," and "Technical Recruiting." Michael acquired these certifications in February 2022. In April 2017, they also completed a certification called "Managing Your Time" from LinkedIn.
