Stephanie Mezzanatto has a diverse work experience. Stephanie started their career as a Sales Associate at One World Fair Trade from March 2011 to October 2012. During their time there, they took charge of back of house inventory management and became knowledgeable about fair trade products.

Stephanie then worked as a Research Assistant for Dr. Craig Smith at the University of Michigan Department of Psychology from September 2013 to May 2014.

Stephanie's next role was as a Copy Desk Editor at The Michigan Daily from January 2014 to February 2015.

Stephanie also served as a member of the Executive Board, specifically the Advertising and PR Chair, at Xylem Literary Magazine from September 2014 to May 2015.

From September 2014 to August 2015, Stephanie had an internship at Midwestern Gothic as a Readership Intern.

Their next job was at COSTEAUX FRENCH BAKERY INC, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist from September 2015 to October 2016.

After that, Stephanie joined Rooster Park Consulting as a Human Resources Generalist & Recruiting Coordinator from October 2016 to May 2018.

Stephanie then worked at Facebook as a Recruiting Coordinator from May 2018 to January 2019.

In 2019, Stephanie joined Meta as a Technical Sourcer. Stephanie also served as the Diversity Change Champion on their team and was responsible for sourcing from diverse and underrepresented talent pools. Stephanie recruited for various positions in Meta's Optics and Optics Research division, as well as in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Pre-Silicon Design Verification Engineering, Cleanroom Management, Equipment Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Optical Systems Engineering, and Materials Engineering.

Currently, Stephanie is a Technical Sourcer at Zipline, a company that designs and operates an automated delivery system. Zipline aims to solve the world's most urgent and complex access challenges.

Stephanie Mezzanatto has a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing and Literature from the University of Michigan. In 2015 to 2016, they attended UC Berkeley Extension where they studied Human Resource Management. From 2016 to 2017, they pursued a certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University ILR School.
