Richard Lenz

Richard Lenz, PMP, CSM, CSPO, is a highly experienced project manager with a background in IT and military operations. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at PNM Resources since March 2015, Lenz manages multiple enterprise-level IT projects. Previously, Richard served as a Consulting Senior Project Manager at New Mexico Gas Company, overseeing significant upgrades to the Customer Information System. Lenz also holds experience as a Senior Program Manager at Organizational Strategies, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the Marine Corps Aviation Learning Management System. Earlier in Richard's career, leadership roles included CV-22 Syllabus Program Manager and Chief of Safety, alongside positions at the Department of Defense Manned Space Flight Support Office and a commanding role with the 54th Rescue Flight. Lenz earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Acquisition Logistics from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology.
