Lauren Seaton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2012, they worked as a Production Assistant at Story House Productions, where they organized casting submissions and conducted phone interviews. Later that year, they also worked as a Production Assistant in Development, managing media content and researching potential talent and show ideas. In 2013, Seaton served as the Front Office Manager at Up Dos For I Dos, responsible for managing appointments, contracts, and invoices. Lauren also worked as a Manager at The White Oak Tavern, overseeing staff, interacting with customers, and handling marketing materials. Additionally, they worked as a Server at Bare Bones Grill, training and overseeing new employees while providing excellent customer service. In 2015, Seaton joined Sun Belle, Inc as an Administrative Sales Assistant, responsible for documentation, order entry, and customer communication. Lauren currently holds the position of Head of Sales Support at TXO.

Lauren Seaton attended Howard Community College from an unknown start year to 2005, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Fine and Studio Arts. From 2008 to 2010, they studied Mass Communication/Media Studies/Art Education at Towson University but did not mention obtaining a degree.
