James Jones

James Jones holds extensive experience in facilities management and property development, currently serving as the Head of Estates and Facilities at Ty Hafan since September 2021. With a background that spans over a decade in property management and project coordination, James has been involved in various capacities, including the management of holiday rentals and property renovations. Previous roles include Regional Facilities Manager at British Land, where health and safety compliance was a key focus, and Sales Negotiator/Valuer at Roberts & Co. Additionally, James has a strong foundation in music, having worked as a Musical Director and Tutor, where leadership and community engagement were paramount. James is equipped with a Bachelor's degree in Music from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, alongside various qualifications in music and IT from secondary education.
