Dylan Schickel

Dylan Schickel is an accomplished OEM Group Manager at TYC Americas, overseeing OEM-facing activities in North America since March 2021. Simultaneously, Dylan serves as Additive Manufacturing Evangelist and Chief Innovation Engineer at RSEJR Industries. Previously, Dylan held significant roles at Varroc Lighting Systems, including Additive Manufacturing Evangelist and Innovation Leader, as well as Global Leader for Forward Model Manufacturing Engineering and Launch, focusing on manufacturing technology implementation and global standardization. With a robust career foundation at Visteon, Dylan was the Global Lighting Launch and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, leading a multinational team of engineers, and held various engineering management positions. Beginning a professional journey as a Manufacturing Feasibility Engineer at Ford Motor Company, Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
