Sherkhan Pathan is a Data Associate at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Sherkhan joined the company in July 2016 and their role is to test and improve their "Alexa" AI software. Prior to joining Amazon, Pathan worked as a Senior Customer Service Executive at Groupon from July 2015 to June 2016. Sherkhan was responsible for assisting English speaking customers with their purchases. Pathan started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Serco in August 2012. In this role, they were responsible for investigating online payments to ensure the security of all transactions.

Sherkhan Pathan has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Madras Christian College and a certification in Python for Data Science from IBM. Sherkhan also has a certification in Statistics 101 from IBM and a certification in Data Science Foundations - Level 1 from IBM. Additionally, they have a certification from Alteryx in AltAlteryx Designer Core Certified.
