Digital Experience Manager, Tyl and Payit by NatWest at Tyl by NatWest

Joanna Tang began their work experience in 2012 as a Reporter Intern and On-Air Presentation Assistant at PCCW, where they managed nowTV's news website and mobile apps, edited news content, and handled the news ticker. Joanna then worked as a Junior Reporter at Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) and as an Account Executive at Instinctif Partners.

In 2016, Joanna joined Hong Kong Economic Times as a Reporter for iMoney Magazine. Joanna then moved on to New iMedia Solutions Limited in 2017, where they served as a Digital Content Marketing Executive.

Joanna's most recent role prior to their current position was at HSBC, where they held various positions. Joanna started as a Digital Content Author for Asia Pacific and later became the Acting Public Website Lead in Singapore. Joanna'sresponsibilities at HSBC included leading content strategy and delivery, website and content transformation projects, and website translation processes.

Currently, Joanna holds the role of Digital Experience Manager at Tyl by NatWest, where they focus on enhancing the digital experience for Tyl and Payit by NatWest.

Joanna Tang obtained a Master's degree in e-Business Management from the University of Warwick from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism and Mass Communication from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. In addition to their formal education, Joanna has also obtained several certifications including Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in May 2022, Design Thinking for Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in December 2020, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in June 2020, and Content Marketing Certified from HubSpot Academy in May 2022.
