Leanne Macready

Leanne Macready has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2003. Leanne began their career at Deloitte as a Trainee Accountant in the Financial Institutions Services Team and left in 2006. Leanne then worked at Credit Suisse as a Product Controller focusing on Emerging Markets Structured Finance for a year. Returning to Deloitte in 2007, they held the roles of a Senior Manager in Capital Markets and a Manager in Risk and Regulations until 2010. In 2010, Leanne joined NatWest as a Senior Business Analyst in Models Implementation and eventually became an Associate Director in Capital Management Strategy. Leanne then served as a Director in Capital Advisory and Pricing & Performance. Presently, Leanne holds the role of Head of Pricing at Tyl by NatWest, which they started in 2019.

Leanne Macready completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting (Honours) from the University of Johannesburg. Leanne attended the university from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the Chartered Accountant CA(SA) certification from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants in December 2005. Later, in September 2013, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
