Rakesh Jena

Rakesh Jena has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product management and business analysis. Rakesh is currently the Founder of Groov, a FinTech rails product company that provides actionable insights for FinTech innovators in the B2B space. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product and Head of Product Design at Tyl by NatWest, where they were responsible for product management mobilization, go-to-market strategies, and strategic synergies across the payment ecosystem. Rakesh also worked as a Principal Consultant at Altior Solutions, managing product management and payment consultancy engagements.

Before joining Tyl, Rakesh was a Product Manager at Pollinate International, where they led the digital and go-to-market product proposition for tyl by NatWest, focusing on merchant onboarding, servicing, billing, and settlement. Rakesh played a key role in delivering various product capabilities and collaborating with the Data Science team for enhanced offerings.
