Doreen Rainey has over two decades of work experience in various leadership roles. Doreen is currently the Director of Operations at Tyler New Media, where they oversee internal and external operations and administrative support staff. Doreen'sresponsibilities include managing metrics, guidelines, and standards to improve company efficiency, as well as planning, controlling, and forecasting budgets.
In 2020, Doreen founded the Society of Life Coaches, where they serve as the CEO. Prior to that, they were the Founder and CEO of RADICAL Success Institute from 2004 to 2020. At RADICAL Success Institute, they empowered and trained thousands of individuals, developed the RADICAL Success Method, and helped people overcome barriers to achieve their goals.
From 2014 to 2019, Doreen worked as the Senior Vice President at Steve Harvey World Group, where they were responsible for the overall direction and strategic plan of the business line. Doreen managed day-to-day operations, including budgeting, marketing, sales, and staff.
Between 2006 and 2010, Doreen held the position of Director of Human Resources at Heart Rhythm Society. During their tenure, they managed complex employee relations issues, implemented an Employer of Choice Initiative, and created competency models for staff advancement.
Earlier in their career, Doreen worked as a Human Resources Manager at Cotton & Company from 2000 to 2005, an Employee Relations Consultant at SatoTravel from 1997 to 2000, and as a Benefits/Payroll Manager at American Forest & Paper Association from 1995 to 1997.
Doreen Rainey completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Spelman College from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Conflict Negotiation & Conflict Management at the University of Baltimore from 2001 to 2005.
