Jamie Hennen

Jamie Hennen is an experienced technology and operations leader with a strong background in driving best practices within organizations. Currently serving as Director of Technology Sourcing and Director of Business Operations at Tyler Technologies since February 2020, Jamie collaborates with executive teams to enhance technology operations and manage IT risks effectively. Prior roles include Manager of Business Operations and Project Manager at NIC Inc., as well as Project Manager III for FHLBank Topeka's Data Management Program. Jamie has also held leadership positions at SwiftWave Inc. and Creoss LLC, focusing on operational efficiency and productivity. Earlier career experiences include technical consulting roles and software engineering at notable companies such as Sprint and CGI. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from South Dakota State University.
