React Native Developer

We are looking for a React Native or React Developer interested in building performing mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player is required.

What will you do?

• Create mobile applications in React Native;

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms;

• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms;

• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native;

• Use Redux Saga for managing asynchronous operations like data fetching, API calls, and other side effects in a more readable and manageable way;

• Work on pipelines for automatic deployment of applications to the Store (using Jenkins and Fastlane tools);

• Maintain code and write unit tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

What skills do you need?

• Previous experience in React or React Native development;

• Good understanding of React or React Native best practices and a commitment to following them;

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git;

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax;

• Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code;

• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts;

• Understanding of Redux state management;

• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage;

• Experience with unit testing suites, like Jest or Mocha;

• Familiarity with native build tools like XCode and Android Studio;

• Familiarity with continuous integration.
