Margita Klemetti

Margita Klemetti has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Margita started their career at the National Bank of Finland (Merita) in 1990, where they held various nursing roles. Margita then worked at the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health as a Training Planner and subsequently joined Mehiläinen, where they served as the Head Nurse of Occupational Health and later became the Director of HR and Quality. In 2000, they worked as a Development Manager at Fennia before joining Ambea AB in 2010 as the Vice President of HR. During their time at Ambea, they focused on developing the leadership and management system in the company. Margita also served as a Board Member at Royal Ravintolat Oy and Stella Kotipalvelut Oy. In 2013, they joined the Ministry of Employment and the Economy, leading the Working Life 2020 project. Overall, Margita Klemetti has significant experience in healthcare, HR, and leadership roles.

Margita then attended Helsingfors svenska sjukvårdinstitut from 1976 to 1978, where they studied to become a Registered Nurse. In 1980 and 1981, Margita attended Helsingin Sairaanhoito-opisto, specializing in Public Health Nursing. Their educational journey concluded at the University of Helsinki, where they pursued a Master of Health degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from 1988 to 1993.
