Earlier experiences include serving as a Research, Planning & Scheduling Supervisor at PT NET MEDIATAMA INDONESIA, where responsibilities included maximizing TV ratings and revenue through strategic planning and demographic analysis. Hendra also contributed as a Marketing Information & Research professional at TransTV, focusing on market analysis. Hendra holds a Data Science Certification from Algoritma Data Science Education Center and a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical Chemistry from Universitas Padjadjaran.
