Zed Wang, CPA

Zed Wang, CPA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Starting in 2015, Zed worked as an Accountant at MNP, specializing in IFRS for public companies. In 2016, Zed joined RSM Canada as an Intermediate Accountant II, focusing on A&A IFRS. Zed rejoined MNP in 2017, where they held various roles including Senior Accountant, Designated Professional, and Assurance Manager, all within the realm of pubco services.

In 2016, Zed also became an Advisory Board Member at ALCLE Environmental Solutions Inc., contributing their financial expertise until 2019.

Zed's career progressed further in 2018 when they joined Auxly as a Manager of Decision Support and Accounting Policy. This role lasted until 2020, and Zed was responsible for overseeing financial policies and decision-making.

In 2021, Zed held simultaneous positions at Wesana and TYSON 2.0. At Wesana, Zed served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary until 2023. Meanwhile, at TYSON 2.0, Zed was the Head of Finance.

In 2022, Zed became an Advisor at huupe, where they provide financial guidance and support to the organization.

Most recently, Zed co-founded and became the Managing Partner of Jaeger Financial LLP in 2020. In this role, Zed is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company.

Zed Wang, CPA has a strong educational background in accounting and finance. Zed obtained their Master of Accountancy degree from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University, where they specialized in Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, they completed their Honours Bachelor of Accounting - First Class degree at the same institution.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Zed holds several certifications. Zed obtained their CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) in June 2018. Zed also completed the Condominium Director Training program, provided by the Condominium Director Training institution, in March 2021.
