Doug Santschi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the foodservice and consumer products industries. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager at Tyson Foods since September 2017, Doug possesses full P&L accountability across several business units, including various high-profile brands such as Ball Park Hot Dogs, Hillshire Farm Sausage, and Aidells Premium Sausage. Previously, Doug held multiple leadership roles at Tyson Foods, AdvancePierre Foods, and The Kraft Heinz Company, where responsibilities included overseeing significant P&L management and leading marketing strategies. Doug's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Duke University and a BA in Economics & Applied Mathematics from Davidson College.
