Perry Olsen

Perry Olsen is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in both corporate and commercial piloting. Currently serving as Senior Captain at Tyson Foods, Inc. since February 2008, Perry holds certifications as ATP, CFI, and CFII, and has experience flying various high-performance aircraft including the Bombardier Global 7500 and Dassault Falcon series. Previously, Perry worked as an Airline Pilot for American Airlines and served as a Corporate Pilot for the University of Arkansas. Early career experiences include flight instruction at Drake Aviation, LLC, and over a decade in engineering management at Motorola, specializing in RF design and communications. Perry’s military background includes service in the United States Marine Corps as enlisted aircrew and aviation maintenance. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from John Brown University, a degree in Aviation from FlightSafety Academy, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago. Notable achievements include receiving the 2020 NBAA Flying Safety Award.
