Richard Knight

Richard Knight is an experienced professional with a career spanning over fifteen years. Richard began their career in 2005 as an Industrial Engineer at Lowes Companies Inc., where they built engineered standards for distribution operations at RDC 965 for the E2 (Efficiency Excellence) program. In 2007, they moved to JC Penney Co. as an Industrial Engineer. In 2008, they were promoted to Industrial Engineering Manager at TJX Co., where they implemented an Engineered Standards Program in the Marshall's Decatur Distribution Center. In 2014, they joined Axsium Group as an Industrial Engineer Consultant, where they were responsible for identifying retail client needs and recommending action to improve overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. In 2015, they joined Americold Logistics, LLC. as a Sr Manager Industrial Engineering, Corporate and ANZ, Sr Manager Business Process, Sr Manager of Industrial Engineering, and Manager of Industrial Engineering East Region. In 2019, they moved to SYNCREON as a Sr Engineering Manager. Currently, they are the Director Of Services at TZA Labor Management Software.

Richard Knight attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE). In 2008, they obtained the MOST certification from Accenture. Richard also holds a Lean Supply Chain Professional certification from Georgia Institute of Technology.
