Anik Ghose

Anik Ghose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, agile coaching, and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Agile Coach at Tzu Chi Foundation since April 2018, Anik leads team transformations, fosters growth mindsets, and coaches on Agile best practices. Anik previously held roles including Project Manager for the Tzu Chi Connect mobile application, and Digital Marketing Manager overseeing the organization's online presence. Additional experience includes positions at MSK Illuminations as Product Owner/Scrum Master, Web Product Manager at GO NY Tours, and Product Manager for SMO/SEO at Village Print & Media, where Anik made significant contributions to project delivery, team development, and digital marketing strategies.
