Molla Shihab Uddin

Molla Shihab Uddin is an experienced Project Coordinator at Friendship NGO since October 2021, providing technical, strategic, and administrative support to various staff members. Previously, Molla served as District Coordinator at BRAC from August 2020 to October 2021, where responsibilities included supervising Field Organizers and facilitating field activities for project enhancement. Molla also worked as a Programme Officer (Field) at the Refugee and Migratory Movements Research Unit from May 2015 to August 2020, offering emergency support and managing field operations, and as a Research Assistant, overseeing research teams and engaging with local stakeholders during projects. Molla began the career as a Student Assistant at the University of Dhaka in 2011. Academic qualifications include a forthcoming Master’s in Development Studies from Southeast University, and two master's degrees, one in Pali & Buddhist Studies and the other in Military Science, from the University of Dhaka.
