Richard Sparks

Richard Sparks has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as Director of IT Research and Director of IT Engineering at U-Haul since June 2015, after holding various roles including Systems Engineering Manager and Systems Administrator. Prior to U-Haul, Richard worked at Asurion from September 2013 to May 2015, supervising technicians in providing premium support for mobile devices and developing efficiency-enhancing tools. Richard's career began in the US Navy, where from May 2006 to June 2013, responsibilities included IT support and training in telecommunication systems. Richard also gained valuable experience at Lorts Manufacturing between August 2004 and March 2006 as an IT Helpdesk technician, managing help desk operations and network infrastructure.
