Bryan Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Bryan is currently the VP of Innovation Strategy at U+ Digital Ventures, a Corporate Venture Builder focused on delivering new business ideas to scalable revenue. Prior to this, Bryan held various roles at Bridgestone Americas, including Director of Product, Mobility Solutions, Director of Commercialization & Marketing, Manager of Olympic Marketing, Brand Manager, and Sr. Associate Brand Manager. Before joining Bridgestone Americas, Bryan worked as an Associate Brand Manager at Brown-Forman, where they led new product launches for the Jack Daniel's portfolio. Bryan also gained experience as an MBA Sales Planning Intern at Mars Petcare and an MBA Marketing and Sales Intern at Sitel. Bryan's early career includes roles as a Consultant and Associate Consultant at MAXIMUS.
Bryan Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Virginia from 2004 to 2007. Later, they pursued further education at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, where they obtained their MBA in Marketing from 2010 to 2012.
