Jacqueline Ogega, Ph.D., is a seasoned expert in gender-based violence programming and gender equality, currently serving as the Senior Advisor and Team Lead for Gender-Based Violence Programming and Integration at USAID since April 2024. Jacqueline co-founded Mpanzi Empowering Women and Girls in 2015, advocating for the empowerment of women and girls. Previously, Jacqueline held key leadership roles, including Senior Director of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion at World Vision and Senior Associate of Gender in Development at Creative Associates International. Jacqueline has extensive experience across various organizations, including Catholic Relief Services and Religions for Peace, where strategic direction and program management were emphasized.
