Steven Foster

Steven Foster is an accomplished military leader with extensive experience in various strategic roles within the U.S. Army. Currently serving as the Executive Officer to the Commanding General at U.S. Army North since June 2021, Steven has previously held key positions including Branch Chief of DSCA Plans at 1st Theater Sustainment Command and Senior Editor at The Strategy Bridge. Steven's expertise includes strategic planning and policy development within USTRANSCOM and involvement in multinational operations and joint warfighting education. With a Master's degree in Public Policy from George Mason University and a BA in Geography from Arkansas State University, Steven is well-equipped to tackle complex policy challenges and enhance military operational effectiveness.
