Amy Aldrich

Amy Aldrich, a seasoned professional in data management and technology, has held various significant roles since June 2015 at U.S. Bank, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst. In this role, Amy leads key data initiatives within the Commercial CRM instance of Salesforce, focusing on data quality oversight, requirements gathering, and solution delivery. Prior positions include Application Developer and Business Operations Analyst at U.S. Bank, in addition to extensive experience at TPT - Twin Cities PBS as Application Support Manager and Technical Project Manager, where responsibilities included support of the Membership database and IT management. Earlier experience as Senior Analyst at Carver County involved web development, hardware and software troubleshooting, and project management. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
