Andrea Tilkes

Andrea Tilkes is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, particularly within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Communications Manager at U.S. Bank since July 2021, Andrea leads internal, executive, and change management communications for various home mortgage business lines. Prior to this role, Andrea held multiple positions at Wells Fargo from January 2008 to June 2021, including Communications Advisor and Vice President, where key responsibilities encompassed developing communication strategies for commercial banking operations in Canada and Latin America, as well as managing internal communications for asset-based lending businesses. Earlier in their career, Andrea was a Communications Manager at Ameriprise Financial, coordinating communications during the company’s significant spin-off from American Express. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Master's Certificate in Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
