Emily Koski

Emily Koski, MFA, has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion within the corporate sector, currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Segment Lead at U.S. Bank since February 2010. In this role, Emily designs and implements strategies aimed at enhancing the retention, promotion, and engagement of diverse employees, with a particular emphasis on women, LGBTQ individuals, military/veteran personnel, those with disabilities, and professionals of color. Additionally, Emily has held various positions within U.S. Bank, including Employee Inclusion Program Manager, Enterprise Onboarding Program Coordinator, HR Receptionist, and Bank Teller. Concurrently, Emily serves as the Music Director at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran since April 2010. Academically, Emily holds a Master’s degree in Voice Performance from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Viterbo University.
