Kim Kopplin

Kim Kopplin is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent consulting and human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Sr. Talent Consultant at U.S. Bank since June 2015, Kim has held multiple progressive roles within the organization, including Vice President and HR Director. Prior experience includes strategic HR management at the University of Minnesota, where Kim advised on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives, as well as roles at Clarke University, AEGON, Best Buy, and CDI Information Services. Kim holds an MBA from Clarke University and a BA in Speech Communication from Iowa State University.
