Megan Mitchell, CPA, currently serves as the Risk Management Quality Assurance Team Lead and Risk Manager within the Controllers Risk Management Team at U.S. Bank, where the focus is on enhancing customer service through tailored SOX program improvements and strengthening the internal control environment.
