Shannon Gaherty

Shannon Gaherty, M.A., currently serves as Senior Sales Education Leader and Product Commercialization at U.S. Bank, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives in education and engagement, learning architecture, and talent development. With a strong background in training program development, Shannon has held various leadership roles, including Project Manager and Talent Development Director, and previously worked as a Community Private Banking Client Representative at the University of Dubuque and Associate Vice President for Development at Greater Dubuque Development. With extensive experience in community relations dating back to 1999, Shannon has a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Dubuque, along with additional Master's degrees in Communications and Business/Corporate Communications.
