Shelby Fialkowski

Shelby Fialkowski is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience and service design. Currently serving as an Assistant Vice President and Experience & Service Design Lead at U.S. Bank, Shelby has previously held positions as Assistant Vice President for UX Visual Interaction and Service Design, UI/UX Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, Product & Service Designer at Worrell, and Product Designer at UnitedHealth Group within Optum Technology Innovation. Early career experience includes a role as an Associate Designer at McCann Worldgroup. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Business from Iowa State University, complemented by a foundational education at Rosemount High School.
