Thomas Sipes

Thomas Sipes has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, currently serving as a Cartographic Technician and Geographic Specialist at the U.S. Census Bureau since October 2007, where leadership includes overseeing high-speed addressing for critical Census mail-outs and managing teams dedicated to the accurate processing of Census surveys. Prior roles include restaurant management at Culvers and Steak n Shake, ownership of Sipes, Inc., a tavern, and partnership at AKA Contractors, LLC, focusing on residential construction and remodeling. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from American Public University.
