Richard C. Loeb

Richard C. Loeb currently serves as General Counsel for the United States Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board, a position held since October 2012. Prior to this role, Richard C. Loeb was Counsel to the Chairman at the same board from March 2011 to October 2012. Richard C.
