Allen McCauley

Allen McCauley is an experienced professional in both real estate and marine science, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker and Broker in Charge at Coastal Properties since 2010, specializing in residential and investment properties in southeastern North Carolina. Parallel to this role, Allen has been a USCG Marine Science Technician since February 2011, focusing on marine safety activities, including pollution investigations and harbor patrols. Previously, Allen worked as a Real Estate Broker at RE/MAX Coastal Properties from 2007 to 2010 and as a Project Scientist at MACTEC from 1999 to 2007. Allen's early career included service as a RECON Marine in the USMC from 1989 to 1993. Allen holds a degree in Geography with a focus on Earth Science and City Planning from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, as well as a certification in Marine Sciences from Marine Science Tech. A School in 2012.
